The Road Ahead is a labour of love, and my first solo album release since I moved to Finland in the summer of 2019. This album embodies the attributes of music that I am most enamoured and inspired by as an artist. Music's ability to transport a person to a completely different world... Music's ability to transport a person back to another time, through emotions and through memories... Through what has been a memorable year globally, for better or for worse, these musical characteristics have brought me great comfort. For through music, we connect, we remember, and we are consoled. As we move forward into what hopefully will be a brighter future, let us keep close to our hearts the fundamentals of what it means to be human.
